Ownership and control

Do I own the code and domain?

Yes. The code goes into a repository in your name, and the domain, hosting and content are yours too. You keep ownership after the project ends, and nothing is rented back to you.

Can another developer take over my site later?

Yes. The code sits in a repository in your name, in standard Next.js, so any developer or your own team can pick it up. Nothing depends on me or on a tool only I use to run the site.

Which stack do you build with, and why Next.js?

Next.js is public, free to use and maintained by a large community, so your site does not depend on a single vendor. It is fast, which helps rankings, and the code in your repository belongs to you. You never pay a platform subscription or depend on me to keep the site running.

Can you work with me from India across time zones?

Yes. I am based in Hyderabad and work with clients worldwide. The day 1 call is booked at a time that suits you, and the rest runs by email and a shared staging link, so time zones rarely slow anything down.

How a project runs

How long does it take to build and launch a B2B website?

Three days from the first call. Day 1: a morning call, then sitemap, copy and keywords sent for your sign-off. Day 2: I build, and you get a staging link that evening. Day 3: I ship, with Analytics and Search Console live.

What happens on the day 1 call?

We agree your goals and buyers, then I send the sitemap, copy and keywords for sign-off that afternoon. Nothing is built before you approve them.

How will I see progress during the build?

You approve the sitemap and copy on day 1, then review a staging link on the evening of day 2.

Can my team edit the website content ourselves?

Yes. Rank everywhere includes a custom Sanity CMS, so you edit pages and articles yourself with no developer needed. If you are on another plan, ask about it on the call and I will quote it.

Pricing

How much does a website cost with More Traffic?

Launch is $500, Grow is $1,000 (the most chosen) and Rank everywhere is $1,500. All are one-time prices with no retainer. Ongoing SEO after launch is quoted separately on the call.

How much does hosting cost on Vercel?

The site runs on Vercel, billed to you directly rather than through me. The cost depends on your traffic and Vercel's current plans, and I give you an estimate on the call so there are no surprises later.

Do I need a monthly retainer after launch?

No. Every plan is a one-time price, and you get a plain-language report each month. Ongoing SEO after launch is optional and quoted separately, so you only pay for it if you want it.

Should I choose WordPress or a Next.js website?

WordPress works for many sites. For B2B companies that live on search and enquiries, Next.js is usually faster, easier to optimise for SEO and AEO, and cheaper to run. A Sanity CMS keeps content editing simple. The first call is the place to settle which fits.

Can you migrate my existing WordPress or old site?

Yes. I rebuild it in Next.js, keep your content and set up redirects so the rankings you already have carry over.

What is AEO, and can it get me cited by ChatGPT?

AEO means structuring your content so AI answer engines can cite it. For Rajguru Distributors it led to ChatGPT and Claude naming the company for Ubiquiti distribution in India.

How long until my site starts ranking?

Honestly, months rather than days. Pages are usually indexed within days, but rankings take months to build. The site is set up properly from day 3.
