Only what you send us
When you fill in the contact or free audit form we receive your name, business name, mobile number, email address, and anything you choose to add: your website, what you sell and your budget range.
When you email us we receive your email address and whatever is in the message.
Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your audit or proposal, and work with you if you become a client. That is the only reason we ask for it.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or add you to a newsletter or email sequence.
Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we measure visits in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. If you reject them, nothing non-essential is stored on your device. You can change your choice at any time from the banner’s settings.
Who else handles it
Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox) and Sanity (content and enquiry storage). Each only processes data to provide its service to us. Some of these providers store data outside India, under their own security and contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries from people who do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
What you can ask us
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email joe.prasen@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or your local data protection authority if you are outside India.

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and the date at the top.
